We begin our registration process for all new clients with a FREE EVALUATION CLASS.   The purpose of the evaluation is to introduce the client to the school and also assess child’s comfort level in the pool. Instructor will spend five to ten minutes with the child identifying appropriate level. Instructor will then recommend whether your child should be placed in a private or a group class, and which of our six level levels they will start in.

Even if your child has never been in the pool and is a beginner, it is still a nice introduction to the school and a chance for your child to feel out their new environment. After the evaluation, our office will help you to find a schedule that fits your needs the best.

PRICING STRUCTURE

One of the unique aspects of our business model is perpetual registration. Students can join lessons at any time. Lessons are ongoing, year around.

MONTHLY BILLING

We offer a monthly billing system that eliminates the need for terms and registration periods. After an evaluation, the parent comes into the office to determine his schedule. It is up to the individual to decide on how many classes per week, and once she has picked the day and time, she pays for the current pro-rated month, plus the following month. After that, the client is included in the automatic billing system. A schedule change can occur at any time, and any billing adjustments will be calculated by the office staff at the time of the change.

TERM BILLING

Term billing works on a two month cycle year around. Although there is a start and end date to each term, new students can sign up at anytime. After an evaluation has taken place, the parent comes into the office to determine the schedule. Parent decides how many times per week her child attends swim lessons, and once the day and time is determined, it will stays the same for the duration of the session.

REGISTRATION FEES

• Initial Enrollment Fee is $55 per child and it includes (swim suit, swim cap, and student book)
• For Parent Tot classes initial enrollement fee is $45 includes (swim suit or infant wetsuit)
• Annual registration fee is $15 dollars per child or $35 dollars maximum per family

DISCOUNTS

• For families with three kids or more registering at one time initial enrollment fee is $40 per child
• Students who take more than one lesson per week, or Families with more than one child, receive 7% discount on the second lesson and thereafter
• Thirty-minute private lessons include the seven percent discount on the second 15 minutes of the lesson
• JCC members receive 10% discount
